There are many drink choices that are allowed on their diet. Coffee or teas will no sugar added are allowed. Water is a great choice to stay hydrated and will help increase the feeling of fullness. For some extra flavor lemon can be added. All drinks containing sugar are off limits such as soda. Diet versions of the soda are allowed as they do not contain calories. Sugar free fruit drinks are also okay to go along with this diet plan.

When a woman goes on the pro ana challenge she will lose weight and feel great. This diet is restrictive but will still allow a woman to eat. Once she sees all the weight coming off she will not miss the junk foods that used to pack on the pounds. The pro ana challenge will help a woman lose the weight and get the body that she has always wanted.


The woman starts off eating mainly fruits or she can drink natural fruit juice smoothies. A woman will notice that she is losing several pounds a week. Once the body is able to adjust to this type of diet there are additional foods that can be added such as skinless chicken breasts and fish. These foods are both low in fat and calories. This diet along with an exercise plan will take the weight off in no time.

Exercise will help a person get into shape but it can also take several months to be able to see results. If a woman takes the pro ana challenge she could lose up to 12pounds in less than one month. The pro ana is a complete lifestyle change and will help a woman not only lose the weight but be able to keep it off as well.

The pro ana challenge is restricted. A woman will be consuming the least amount of calories possible. The goal of this diet is to eat no more than 500 or even 600 calories a day while still getting vitamins and minerals that are needed to stay healthy. By restricting calories the body will be able to burn up the calories that it has stored. Since a woman is eating a small amount of calories she will be able to burn more during the day.

Other diet plans do not work for more than a couple of weeks. If a woman tries the pro ana challenge she will be amazed at the amount of weight that she loses and how quickly it comes off. The pro ana diet does not promote any eating disorders or starving. These are many food choices where a woman can eat until she is full. Breakfast can be an egg or egg white with a piece of whole wheat toast. Fruit salad can also be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Please help me im super fat I've tryed everything to lose the weight i use to be 222pounds! I lost weight and i was about 176 Right now i weight 190-195 im gaining weight again! I dont know wat to do anymore nothing seems to work please help me

STOP EATING FOOD WITH FAT IN IT YOU DUMBASS. STOP STIFFING YOUR FACE, TALK A WALK, AND READ THE NUTRITION FACTS BEFORE YOU EAT A SUPERSIZED MCDONALDS MEAL. SMALLER PORTION SMALLER WAIST

I find it hard to get or keep a partner because I'm not naturally skinny and too preoccupied with the Proanna problem and not pleasing the partner.
